Postage & Packing and Terms & Conditions

The postage and packing charge is £3.95 flat rate for items in stock, regardless of how many items you order. Some items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer and these have different postage and packing charges. Where this is the case, it is clearly indicated on the web page. If you order a special delivery item together with other items from stock, our standard £3.95 charge will apply in addition to the manufacturer's delivery charge.

We dispatch your goods from stock using Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

If you prefer you can collect orders from our shop - simply mention this under Special Requests during the checkout process or email us. Your postage will be refunded in the shop.

We hold a large stock in the shop but occasionally an item may be out of stock and we have to re-order. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when we expect the item to be delivered.

Returns - We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but should you need to return an item please ensure it is unused and has its original packaging. You have 14 days in which to return the goods.
